The Dinova BOSS is a mid-range directional antenna designed to offer stable and high-quality reception of UHF and high VHF signals (RF channels 7-36) in suburban receiving scenarios. The Dinova BOSS includes a best-in-class low-noise TForce preamplifier with automatic gain control, plus FM and cellphone signal filtering. A low-consumption UL-listed power supply is included providing two outputs for convenient distribution to additional TV sets.
The antenna can work in active (power on) or passive (power off) modes. In passive mode, the signal goes through. The BOSS Tech system automatically controls the level of signals received, adjusting both higher and lower range signals concurrently to consistently provide optimal output levels.
The antenna is corrosion resistant with clamp support made of Zamak, ensuring superior stability and outdoor elemental resistance. You are able to mount for both horizontal and vertical polarizations.

Easy, simple and works great

This product is fantastic! Installation was extremely simple. The largest benefit is that this product works great in my attic in passive mode and the broadcast farm is about 40 miles away. I have been recommending to all my neighbors who are considering installing an antenna.

This TELEVES DINOVA BOSS MIX UHF/VHF (144282) antenna exceeded my expectations for signal reception. This is an exceptional VHF/UHF antenna in a compact unit.
Mounted in Attic and Bringing in Lots of Stations

Bought this to put in my attic in Greensboro, NC. Easy installation. Stations east are Raleigh/Durham stations to Southwest are in Winston/Salem with closer stations southwest. No reall high ground or hills between us and stations. Attic has no metal foil under roof in attic. Mounted facing West/SW somewhat and approx. 28 feet high. Estimate stations west are 46 miles away, stations nearer to SW are about 26 miles away. About 35 feet of #6 Coax to amp/splitter in closet behind TV. Total Coax about 45 feet. To my amazement upon station search my LG CX Oled more than 40 stations - many overlapping as to affiliate. Really good picture without pixelization for the most part. Really impressed with this small antenna's reception for my conditions.

I looked at this unit for a long time and finally ordered. I worried a large long range unit was needed as three primary network transmitters are 50 +\- 2 miles away with a metro area in between. But this little Dinova Boss Mix does the job. It’s pulling in all available channels even those beyond 90 degrees from the direction it is aimed (not a full 360) and I do need the amplification powered on for a consistently perfect picture. Installation was simple on an old unused satellite mount (~24’ on two story home). Cable runs are not short at 60’ and 70’ to each of two older Vizio TVs. The signal was good throughout a thunderstorm this morning that knocked out Directv for a half hour. Quite satisfied with this Televes product.
